Purchase any Day One software product and, if for any reason you are not satisfied, send it back to us for a full refund. A few important terms and conditions do apply:

• Before returning products to us, you must submit an RMA request form and receive an RMA number - the form is available by calling us at 800.GET.DAY1 (That's 1-800-438-3291)

• Day One must receive the products, in their original packaging within 100 calendar days of the date you ordered them

• Refunds are not made for shipping & handling, consumables, subscription services, integrated data services, or for third-party products (Products not produced by Day One Software, Inc.)

• Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process and will be made to the same credit card on which the item(s) were purchased - if you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you

• Refunds are not available on certain sale items (designated by the words "Sale" in the product description) or items purchased with corporate contract pricing.

• In order to be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the product(s) directly from Day One. Purchases from resellers are not eligible.
