GeoLocator/Online v.10, the new
totally online version of Geolocator, fully integrates with Day One
NOVA Forms. With the new version there
are no CD's to lose and any updates to
the maps are done for you! Launch GeoLocator
within NOVA and it will automatically
import the designated subject and
comparable address into its address
finder. Make any necessary changes to
location or labeling, and the map
exports directly into the appraisal
form. GeoLocator even calculates the
distance between the subject and
comparables!
Version 10 Online links to updated maps of the
entire country, county by county, and
includes several tools to locate
addresses that are not yet geo-coded.
Included with the software is the option
to upgrade to GeoLocator Online Office,
designed to take advantage of your local

Appraisers can customize maps to make
them work the best way for each
individual appraisal. Once a map is
generated, appraisers can move, add, or
remove houses, labels, and arrows to
