Day One Nova Connect is order tracking and communications software that works with Microsoft Exchange™ and Outlook™ to send and receive FANNIE MAE and e-Relay™ System e-mail via the Internet.

Connect can:

·      send* and receive appraisal orders (TS261) from local or Internet mail

·      create a new appraisal in your Day One database with the order information

·      track current, pending and completed cases

·      allow you to accept or reject these orders with an Internet mail message

·      send messages to your vendors* and clients via the Internet, thereby saving time and money by reducing phone calls and faxes

·      maintain lender, appraisal company and appraiser databases

·      generate FANNIE MAE and e-Relay system acknowledgment (TS997), acceptance/rejection messages (TS870), appraisals (TS262)**, graphic attachments to appraisals (including maps, images, other addenda, signatures etc. (TS841)**, correspondence (including status updates and general messages (TS870))

·      Create appraisals from AppraisalPort orders

·      Retrieve data from AIRDPort into a new or existing appraisal file

·      Upload completed appraisals to AppraisalPort and/or AIRDPort via FNC’s Envelope Uploader application
