Accessing the Comparables Database
The Comparables Database provides a wealth of search functionality to make finding comps that have been used in the past quick and simple. Please note that you need to save Comps to your Comps database (either manually via Auto-Save) to be of any value. The Comps database can be searched using stored or ad hoc queries, existing comps can be manually edited, including the attachment of updated photos, and much more.
