Add a New Client to the Client Database
Adding a client to the client database allows you to easily produce appraisals with the client’s specifications. The fields and buttons on this page are described in the Definitions of the Client Database fields section.
For example, if ABC Bank always required 2 copies of Subject Photos, filling in the Client Instruction fields in the database would will remind you to meet ABC’s special request.
TIP: Before you add a new client, you may want to use the Search tab to check that the client has not already been added.
To add a new client:
1. Open the Client database, available by choosing Database | Client Database.
2. Click the New Client tab to get to the New Client tab, as shown in Figure 5-2.

3. Fill in the information requested in each of the fields. You can press [Tab] to move from one field to the next.
4. When you are done entering information, click the CREATE button to create the new client.
5. Click OK to close the dialog.
