Archiver: Backup and Restore

Backup and Restore function identically to Archive and Unarchive, from an end-user perspective. The difference lies in how Archiver handles the selected data. Archive and Unarchive delete cases from the source database and appraisals from disk (or ZIP file, in the case of Unarchive). Backup and Restore do not delete any files or cases.
