How to Add Clients
1. Click the Create New Client button on the QuickStart bar (or select File | New | Client)
2. If your system is not configured to use the next available Client ID, you will be prompted for a Client ID. Manually type in an ID, or press the [F2] function key to use the next available number. Check the "Always use next available client id" box to avoid seeing this dialog in the future.
3. Fill in all desired information on the New Client dialog. Note: Uncheck the "One Time Client" box.
4. Click the Products button to set up Products and Fees specific to this Client. Click on any or all desired products, then click the Add button. Provide fees as requested.
5. Click on the Specifications tab to add notes pertaining to this client’s specifications.
How to Find and Edit Clients
One way to open existing Clients is to click the "Open Existing Client" button on the Quick Start Bar (or select File | Open | Clients). This will display the Clients grid (see below).
Another way is to search for a Client by various criteria. This is done via the File | Find | Clients menu option. When selected, the "Find Clients" dialog will be displayed. Simply fill in the desired search criteria and click the OK button. If more than one match is found, the Clients grid is displayed, listing only the Clients that match the specified criteria. However, if only one match is found, the Edit Client dialog is displayed for that client.

How to Delete a Client
On any Clients grid (see How to Find and Edit Clients above), select the Client that you wish to delete, then select File | Delete. Say "Yes" when prompted to confirm this deletion. Note: there can be no cases that use this Client. TIP: it is recommended that clients be set Inactive, rather than deleted.
