Clone Wizard

New in version 5.2, the Clone Wizard provides an intuitive, wizard-driven interface for cloning appraisal reports. To start the Clone Wizard, select File | Clone Wizard, or click the Import/Export button on the QuickStart Bar and select "Clone Wizard" from the pop-up menu.

Each step of the Clone Wizard is illustrated and described below.

Select the program that created the original file. Click the "Back" button to return to the previous screen.

Select the Form Type of the original file. Note: a form type must be selected.

Select the type of form that the new file will be. Note: a form type must be selected.

Select the file you wish to clone.

Manually enter the new file number, or click the "Next Available" button to generate the next sequential number.

Select any addenda contained within the original file that you would also like to clone. Click the "Select All" button to select all listed addenda, or the "Unselect All" button to deselect all listed addenda. Note: all addenda are selected by default.
