Comps Database Overview

The Comparables database allows you to store, find, and retrieve comparables data for use in appraisals. To see the Comparables database:

1. Choose Database | Search Comparables Database. The Comparables database appears, as shown in Figure 5-5.

2. Click Find. Forms lists all the Comps available for your current form type in the Comps database.

NOTE: If you don’t have any entries in the database, Forms doesn’t display anything.
