NOTE: All the remaining fields are optional.

4. Fill in a Client code or select the Name of the client for whom you are doing the appraisal.

5. Fill in the address of the house for which you will be filling out a form.

6. Enter the other information as requested.

7. You can use the User Reference fields however your company would like to use them. Later you can edit them by choosing Utilities | Edit User Reference. These fields can be particularly useful when you are searching for appraisals using the Property Report Index.

8. Click Proceed when you have entered all the data requested.

The empty appraisal form you selected appears. Now you can enter data into the new form.

NOTE: If the client is not on the list, you may want to add the client to the client database so that the client appears on the list next time.
