Custom Addenda
New in version 5.2 and by popular demand, the Custom Addenda feature of Nova Forms allows for the creation of custom pages, such as Cover Letters, Cover Pages, Appraiser Qualifications, etc. Custom Addenda use the same interface and have the same features as the Text Addendum. Custom Addenda are designed to be stored with default information, then modified as needed within each appraisal they are attached to. These pages can then be printed anywhere in the package, beginning, middle, or end.
Creating a new Custom Addendum
1. Open an appraisal file.
2. Click the "Add/Open Addendum" toolbar button. The Open Addendum dialog is displayed.
3. Click the plus sign next to Custom Addenda to expand the list. You will see Custom Addenda 1-10 listed.
4. Select one of the Custom Addenda.
5. A window similar to the Text Addendum is displayed.
6. Edit the page as desired by adding text, form fields, images, etc.
7. To save the current state of this addendum as the default for this particular Custom Addenda, select File | Save As Default. The next time this Custom Addenda is added to an appraisal, it will contain all this information.

Modifying a Custom Addendum
Follow the steps outlined above for creating a new Custom Addendum. Typically, you may make modifications to a Custom Addendum that pertain only to the current appraisal. In this case, saving the appraisal file will save the changes made to the Custom Addenda within this appraisal. However, if you would like to make these changes into the default for this particular Custom Addenda, select File | Save As Default.
