Edit or Delete a Client Record

Note: this task is accomplished on the Edit Client Record tab

The Edit Client Record tab page in the database window allows you to edit a client’s information in the database. The fields and buttons on this page are described in detail in Definitions of the Client Database fields.

To edit a client’s information:

TIP: You can open a client’s Edit Client Record tab page from the Search list by double-clicking on the client’s listing.

1. Bring up the client’s database page (using the Search tab).

2. Click the Edit Client Record tab and type in your corrections, as shown in Figure 5-4.

3. When you have finished editing, click the SAVE button to save your changes.

To delete a client’s record:

1. Bring up the client’s database page (using the Search tab).

2. Click the Remove Client button in the top right side of the window.
