How To Bill a Case

This procedure produces an invoice for a single case.

1.   Select Bill Case(s) from the Accounting menu. The Find Case(s) dialog appears.

2.   Fill in enough information to specify the Case and click the View Cases button. If the Select Cases for Billing dialog appears, select the case for which you want to create an invoice and click OK. If the Invoice Number dialog appears, enter an invoice number and click OK (or press [F2] to get the next sequential invoice number). TIP: You can skip this dialog next time, by placing a checkmark in "Always use next available invoice number".

3.   Fill in any necessary fields on the Bill A Case dialog (shown below) that appears.

4.   Click the Print button on the toolbar to print a copy of the invoice.

5.   Click the Save button.
