Office Integration with Connect
Nova Office integrates with Nova Connect. The Connect menu is shown below. If Connect is not installed, this menu will not be accessible.
Send Order – Sends order data to another Connect user. This information can then be imported into Forms, creating the appraisal with some essential information pre-populated.
Send Status Message – Sends a variety of status messages to both Clients and Vendors (RE Professionals).
Send Status Request – Sends a request for status for a particular case to the RE Professional.
Check for New Orders – Checks your MAPI Inbox (Outlook or Outlook Express) for any messages generated by another Connect user.
View Orders – Displays a list of orders and messages received by Connect.
Edit Address Book – Allows you to edit the Connect Address Book.
View Message Log – Displays the list of messages related to the open case.
Send Text Message – Sends a text message via email. This message is not related to any case.
