Nova Signature

Overview of Signature

The Day One Nova Signature™ feature of Nova Image allows you to:

• Read in a signature from any scanner (or similar device) with a Twain driver or from a disk file. (Most scanners come with Twain drivers; check with your hardware manufacturer if you are unsure.)

• Assign your signature for future use

• Change the password you use to enter your signature

If you are a supervisor, you can add and delete users from Signature.

TIP: To sign a form using a signature that has been previously entered using Signature: click in the signature field, enter your name and password, and click OK.

TIP: It is recommended to save a copy of your signature in JPG or BMP format in a safe place, in case it is necessary to re-create your Nova signature.
