Package Definitions
A print package is a list of the pages you want to include in a printed appraisal. You can define a print package for each type of appraisal form. You can also define custom print packages for a client in the Client database. Note: Forms and addenda that are typically added manually (such as photo pages) to an appraisal do not need to be added to a package.
To define the pages to be included in an appraisal:
1. Choose Configuration | Package Definition. The Package Definition dialog box appears, as shown in Figure 2-2.
2. Select the first form you will be using from the "Choose Form" drop-down list.
TIP: If you need to come back and edit a print package later, just come back to this box, select the package, and click Modify.
TIP: This is also where you set your paper size to Legal size!
