Paragraphs (PAR files)

Blocks of text, even an entire text addendum, can be saved as a paragraph (a .PAR file), then used in the Text Addendum of any future appraisal. PAR files are a great way to create custom, re-usable blocks of formatted text, and eliminate repetitious typing of standard addendum comments.

Save a Paragraph:

To save text as a paragraph, select the desired text, then choose File | Save Paragraph. On the Save As dialog, give the paragraph a descriptive name.

Insert a Paragraph:

To insert a saved paragraph into a Text Addendum, place the cursor where you would like the paragraph to appear. Select Insert | Paragraph from the menu. Navigate to the desired .PAR file, select it and click the "Open" button.

Note: .PAR files are stored in \NOVA\DATA\PARS by default.
