Print a Package
A package is printed via the Print Package toolbar button
, or via the File | Print Package menu option, or via the Print package button on the QuickStart Bar. If a package has been defined (see Package Definition for more information) for the selected appraisal form type, the Print Package dialog (see below) will be displayed. There are many useful functions on this dialog:
· You can de-select pages for printing by un-checking the appropriate box in the Print column.
· The number of copies of the entire package can be changed by changing the value of the "Copies of package" field, and the number of copies of individual pages can be changed by editing the Copies field in the appropriate row in the grid.
· The printer that a particular page prints to can be changed by selecting a different option from the Printer dropdown in the grid. Note, tip, and warning: if "Copies of package" is set to 2, and the number of copies for a particular page is set to 4, that page will print 8 times.
· A page’s placement in the print package order can be changed by selecting the desired page, then clicking either the Up or Down button.
· And finally, all pages can be selected or de-selected by clicking the "Check All" and "Uncheck All" buttons, respectively.
After manipulating the package as necessary, click the OK button.
If a Package has not been defined, the Package Definition dialog will be displayed. A package can either be defined (by giving the package a unique name and clicking on the "Define" button) at this time, or clicking the "Close" button will display the Print Package dialog, allowing the package to be printed with its current contents.
