Printer Setup

If you like, you can send different pages of an appraisal to different printers. For instance, you might want to print your photo addenda on your color printer and have all the other pages print on your laser printer. You can specify as many as three printers per appraisal.

TIP: If you have chosen color maps, make sure you specify your color printer for the map addendum. To specify where each section of the appraisal should go:

1.           Choose Configuration | Print Package. The Print Definition dialog box appears.

2.           Select the desired printer from the drop-down lists for the Monochrome, and optionally, the Color and Other, Printers

3.           Select the desired Paper Size (typically Legal) from the drop-down lists for the aforementioned printers as well.
