How to Add RE Professionals

1. Click the Create New REProf button on the QuickStart bar (or select File | New | Real Estate Professional)

2. If your system is not configured to use the next available REProf ID, you will be prompted for a REProf ID. Manually type in an ID, or press the [F2] function key to use the next available number. Check the "Always use next available REProf ID" box to avoid seeing this dialog in the future.

3. Fill in all desired information on the New REProf dialog. Note: set the Status to "A".

4. Click the Products button to set up REProf-specific Products and Fees. Click on any or all desired products, then click the Add button. Provide fees or percentages as requested.

5. Click on the Licenses tab to add License information

6. Click on the Notes tab to add any notes about this REProf

7. Click the Save button.

How to Find and Edit Real Estate Professionals

One way to open existing Real Estate Professionals is to click the "Open Existing ReProf" button on the Quick Start Bar (or select File | Open | Real Estate Professionals). This will display the Real Estate Professionals grid (see below).

Another way is to search for a Real Estate Professional by various criteria. This is done via the File | Find | Real Estate Professionals menu option. When selected, the "Find Real Estate Professionals" dialog will be displayed. Simply fill in the desired search criteria and click the OK button. If more than one match is found, the Real Estate Professionals grid is displayed, listing only the Real Estate Professionals that match the specified criteria. However, if only one match is found, the Edit REProf dialog is displayed for that Real Estate Professional.

How to Delete a Real Estate Professional

On any Real Estate Professionals grid (see How to Find and Edit Real Estate Professionals above), select the Real Estate Professional that you wish to delete, then select File | Delete. Say "Yes" when prompted to confirm this deletion. Note: there can be no cases that use this Real Estate Professional. TIP: it is recommended that Real Estate Professionals be set Inactive, rather than deleted.
