Text Addendum Quick Reference Card

The Nova Text Addendum window features a basic Windows word processor with the added capability of allowing you to insert images and CAFE fields from your appraisal.

To quickly open the Text Addendum, click the button.

The Text Addendum Toolbar:

To see what an item on the Text Addendum toolbar does, hold your cursor over the desired button or drop-down (without clicking the mouse). A little yellow tooltip describing the item will appear in a second or two.

A few Menu Commands:

·      The Edit menu allows you to Cut, Copy, and Paste text using Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V, and Ctrl to the Windows clipboard.

·      Edit | Find allows you to search for text, and Edit | Replace allows you to search for and replace specific text

·      The Insert menu has options for inserting fields from the appraisal form, signatures, images, etc
