Day One Nova Image™ for Windows

The most advanced color digital imaging system available for real estate appraisals. Easily download, scan, and capture important documents and addenda such as digital photographs, location and flood maps, and floor plans, and attach them to appraisals for EDI transmission. The Signature feature of Image also allows each appraiser to have a password that enables him to affix his scanned signature to appraisals and addenda. Modifications to signed documents are not permitted, unless the signature is deleted, ensuring the integrity of the appraisal. Nova Image supports any Twain device including scanners and mega-pixel cameras.

Nova Connect™

This addition to Forms enables you to receive orders and status requests, and transmit complete appraisals in multiple file formats. Connect allows you to communicate with AppraisalPort, AIRDPort, Fannie Mae Mortgage Links™ Appraiser Connection Service, ERC’s eRelay™, and any lender or management company that supports the industry standard Pinnacle™ X12/PDF format. (NOTE: PDF requires the Adobe® PDF Print Driver). Connect Receive can be installed at your clients office at no charge and will allow them to easily receive complete EDI appraisals from you in standard Day One or any of the above listed file formats.

Nova Maps™

With just a click of your mouse, this Internet based location map software can get you a completed location map addendum in seconds with subject and all comps labeled. Access the entire U.S. without having to purchase specific county maps. You get 500 map downloads in the base package, with additional maps available for just pennies per map.

Nova Archiver™

This utility allows you to quickly and easily archive, backup, or delete any Day One files and database records from your PC or network to a diskette, tape or other storage media. Whether it’s appraisals, photos, comps or case files, the archive utility will give you the ability to free up your system from old files and maintain your database efficiently.
