What to do with your 16-bit Forms

How do I convert my old forms from DAY ONE forms to NOVA FORMS?

When you want to bring over an appraisal that you finished in Day One forms you must convert these reports one at a time.

1.   Open Nova.

5.   Click on the Import/Export button.

6.   Select Copy Report.

7.   Source Form is the type of appraisal, like URAR. Destination will be the same. Click OK.

8.   In the Import Report window, browse to the data folder for your Day One Forms (typically \D1WIN\DATA). Once you have done this, you will see those file numbers of the type of appraisal you have chosen. Choose one and click Open.

9.   An Import dialog will be displayed. Type in a file number, or click the Next Available button, then click OK. NOTE: File Number must be 8 characters or less.

The newly converted report will now be in Nova. Click on File | Save
