Why doesn't the Text Addendum print with my package?

The Text Addendum needs to be open in order for it to print with a package. If it is not open, follow these steps:

1. When form is open, click paper clip

2. Select "Text Addendum"

3. Click tab on left to go back to form.

4. Click "File" and "Print Package"
