Zoom and Zoom to Fit
The Zoom commands allow you to control how large or small the current form appears in the window. You can enlarge the display to make it easier to read or reduce it to view the entire page.
To view a document at different magnifications:
1. Choose View | Zoom. The Zoom Factor Dialog appears as shown below.

The Zoom Factor Dialog
2. Select how large or small you want your document to appear as a percentage of its normal size. For example, 200% displays the document at twice its normal size, 50% displays it at half its normal size. TIP: Depending upon your monitor resolution, it may be necessary to set a Custom Zoom Level of 96 or 97 to eliminate horizontal scrolling of the form.
3. Click OK. The document is resized in the current window.
TIP: To get the document back to its original size, choose View | Zoom again and click 100%.
To make the entire form fit onto your screen:
1. Choose View | Zoom to Fit to place a check mark next to the command. The entire form is shown on the screen.
TIP: To get the document back to its original size, choose Zoom to Fit again.
Note: The View | Auto Zoom-to-Fit Photo Addenda sets all pages that contain images to the Zoom-to-Fit setting, leaving all other forms at the configured zoom factor.
